Hi there and welcome! Many people know me as an Early Childhood Advocate, Owner/Director of a Nature Early Childhood Center, Consultant… yada yada yada. While I am proud of being a female, small business owner, I am also not ashamed to say that I am a follower of Jesus and a Conservative. Sort of an odd combination in today’s world.

I’ve always firmly believed that we can all learn from each other’s journeys. I invite you to follow along on mine. I can’t promise it will always be “Well with my Soul”. There will be moments where “The Struggle is Real” and some that are just plain “Meh”. Most people who know me personally often ask when I sleep. I sleep… sometimes, but I’m a very driven person. I strive for the truth. I strive to follow where God is leading. I strive to be a good wife, friend, daughter etc, and as my best friend calls me “boss lady”. But, I struggle to “press pause”, hence the title of this little Blog you have stumbled upon.

So there you have it, my first confession of my journey to become an “ex-overachiever”.
